Pastor Sal and Sister Laura Perez have been pastoring for 27 years and serving in the city of Tucson, Arizona for 24 years. They have been involved in the ministry of Victory Outreach for over 33 years. Pastor Sal Perez is a graduate of the Victory Education Training Institute (V.E.T.I.) and is a licensed minister, certified in religious studies. He is also a well known gospel recording artist and He has been ministering the word and song at various Churches and events to thousands of people all over the United States and abroad. The Gospel of Jesus Christ, through Pastor Sal's testimony is reaching the hurting people everywhere. 
     Passionate and envisioned, Pastor Sal and Sister Laura contribute to the international cause of reaching, teaching and sending people to pursue the call of God and reaching the inner cities of the world. They love to meet the needs of the people in the city of Tucson. From the homeless, to the addict, the young person or the broken family, Pastor Sal and Sister Laura serves each and every person out of a genuine and unconditional love of Jesus Christ.
     Pastor Sal and Sister Laura are very relational, working and fellowshiping with couples, and families restoring and building strong relationships for many years. Pastor Sal and Sister Laura have been happily married for 39 years and continue to Pastor in the city of Tucson, Arizona, serving out of the love for God and the love for people.
